# Looping bug

 * We use T- on a landing page > button reveal > product page. For the first time,
   customers were experiencing the countdown looping and resetting to either a new
   increment or looping beyond its expiration (in both cases not displaying the 
   button). This site was recently migrated to a new host who advised that we bypass
   the page from cache in Cloudflare page rules. Here is a test version of the page,
   which is also bypassing cache.

 * **UPDATE** at least 45% of users who notified us of the loop issue were on IOS/
   Safari.

 * please roll back to version 2.4.6 and see if this resolves the issue.

 * It only lets us update to 2.3.22.1 (which was just done), much less roll back
   to 2.4x :).
 * The iOS Chrome/Safaro prob still persists but with a twist: it works unless the
   page is refreshed (which users are doing bc it’s related to a sale), then it 
   restarts from the time originally loaded.
 * Allowing the page to be cached or bypassing cache doesn’t seem to have any effect.
 * This doesn’t happen on standard browsers.

 * which version of PHP is being used on your server?
    try downgrading to the older
   [jQuery T(-) Countdown Widget](https://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-t-countdown-widget/)
