# loosing tips (bug)

 * if the customer fails payment initially (the reason may some fields are wrong)
   the tip is removed from their total. Then the customer corrects their wrong field
   without noticing the cart total again and makes the purchase. They thought they
   paid TIP but they don’t who’s payment failed initially.
