 * Hello,
    I changed my phone number and lost my backup codes, since I have the 
   two-step verification enabled, I cannot access my account.
 * I tried to recover my account using the form available, but I don’t have the 
   activation link, backup codes and never bought something for my blog.
 * Could you help me disable the extra verification? Or is there any other way I
   can access it?

 * The only way would be to contact wordpress.com support. If you can’t log in you
   can’t disable the 2FA plugin.
