 * Hello why a hell the comments are not outputing on the screen on localhost . 
   Can someone give a clue or share same troubles. Any word are appreciated.

 * The page is on the localhost. And template handwritten but similar in functionality
   to underscore starter theme. The commnets php file is replaced by default theme
   and default theme behaviour is the same. Console is clear
