Hi @jcorbalan
We can certainly help with this – it sounds like what may have happened is that the unique blog ID that Jetpack uses to identify your site has changed. This can happen if there is a slight change to your URL, but also depending on how your site was restored this may have also caused some confusion in terms of Jetpack settings. If we can find out what your current site URL is we’ll be able to look into this further, as well as identify which account it would have been linked to.
Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
@julioalpa the same would apply to you – however if you are happy to share your URL in the forums could you please open a new support thread so we can help you separately?

Thank you!
Thanks for your answer. We have mor info about that:
– We made copy of the web in a subdirectory to start testing and finally we found the right wordpress.com account
– the problem now is the right info are now displayed on the test page but not in the right one. How can we change the right info on the good site?
The good one (with bad data) is markandoestilo.com
The copy (with the right data) is markando.yeswetap.com
Thanks in advance.
Hi @jcorbalan
Can you check the stats on markandoestilo.com now and see if they are correct?
Sorry for the delay!
It worked, thanks a lot!!!
