 * Hello,
 * I installed a child theme with the “Child Theme” extension but I lost many elements
   on the parent site. How can I go back, because it’s hours of work. I use the 
   theme flatsome.

 * It is unfortunate, but some themes do not manage options with respect to child
   themes.
