• We’ve recently upgraded to WordPress v5.5.3 along with WPBakery and Classic Editor. Since upgrading these we have lost functionality with WPBakery. Selecting any of the page editor options (i.e. make the page public/private) now just scrolls the page slightly down. Troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:

-reverted the WPBakery and Classic Editor plugins back to known good versions – no fix.
-deactivated Classic Editor plugin – restored functionality to WPBakery but lost classic Editor features.

Would like to get both plugins working on this version of WordPress, but it seems the combination of all three is problematic.

  • WPBakery is a commercial plugin. We don’t have access to commercial plugins and themes here at ww.wp.xz.cn, so there’s no way for us to test anything and help you out.

Please contact the developer or marketplace where you purchased this WPBakery plugin (or the theme that bundled it) from for assistance, as there’s nothing we can do to help you with a plugin that we don’t have access to.

    Here’s WPBakery’s support page: https://support.wpbakery.com/

But note that if your version of WPBakery came bundled with your theme (instead of purchasing it directly from WPBakery.com), the WPBakery folks will probably ask you to contact your theme’s developer as you are not the plugin’s licence holder.

    Good luck!
