 * I am a true wordpress beginner and was put in charge of a site which has been
hacked. I used Wordfence to diagnose the situation which stated that
    [Aug 04

   functions.php
 * I have since deleted it and unknowingly made the site completely blank. Can anyone
please help in trying to recover this PHP file?

 * do you have a copy of the original theme files?
 * do you have access to your website files via FTP client?
 * do you have access to your webhosting account?
 * do you have a backup file of website?
 * do you have a child theme installed for any theme customizations?
