   Can’t login or anything.

 * You appear to be using WordPress 2.6. Does that sound correct? when did you last
   update WordPress?

 * It was set up in 12-2008, and has not been updated. Can’t do it now as cannot
   get in to it.

 * So you haven’t upgraded WordPress in almost 4 years? Are you aware of the risks
   you were running? A site running anything other than the latest version of WordPress
   has a far greater risk of being hacked – thus placing every other site on the
   same server at risk.
 * Plus, you can no longer update in a single step. You’ll have to carry out a smaller
   number of manual upgrades following the route suggested in [Upgrading_WordPress_Extended](http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended).
 * For now, try:
 * – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside
   wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
