# Lost Network Admin Password

 * Hi,
 * I am somewhat new to this.
 * I did have access to add/delete plugins but then the Add Plugin button disappeared.
   I read here that this can happen if you have a Multi-site account. However, I
   only have one site. I also see that I do have a key symbol and a Network Admin
   menu at the top. When I try my same password here, it does not work. I also do
   not have a Network Admin tab on the right where it says, “Howdy Alysha”. I read
   that this should be there if I have a multi-site account.
 * I tried the “lost password” button but it returns the message that there is no
   one with that email registered. What other options do I have? Is this something
   my hosting company did, or did I do something wrong?
 * How do I get in there to add plugins?
