# Lost password email loop

 * I have been alerted that the “Lost Password” option on the website isn’t working.
 * (1) The user clicks on forgotten password at the login screen they are taken 
   to a page with the message **“Lost your password? Please enter your username 
   or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.”**
 * (2) The email arrives saying. **“Someone has requested a new password for the
   following account on Dunnet Bay Distillers:” with a link to reset.”**
 * Clicking on the link then takes them back to step 1. Any idea whats going on?

 * I tested it by registering on your site. I was able to login, logout, and use
   the forgot-password link successfully. What’s common to the users having this
   problem?
