# Lost Password – Loop

 * Hello,
 * I’m finding it impossible to have a user reset a password using the custom registration
   page. If you click the “Lost Password” link, the website generates an email. 
   But the “Reset Password” link takes users right back to the login page, where
   they can only request the “Lost Password” email again. It’s an endless cycle,
   but you never get to where you can change the password.
   I found an identical 
   post from a couple years ago, but that problem in that case resulted from a conflict
   with a plugin I don’t have installed. And I don’t see any other plugins that 
   are ‘expendable’ — so I’m hoping it might be another problem in my case. Any 
   chance you could take a look or point me in the right direction?

 * It seems that there is a conflict between the plugin. Could you please refer

   and follow the instruction kindly? This will let you know the cause of the error.
