I only noticed the problem when I uploaded a doc today and tried to preview. I upgraded to a VPS some months ago but the site has been working smoothly until recently. I’m building a new site on a subdirectory using a default WordPress theme and have mostly uploaded the docs in our library to it. There are a couple of hundred. This is the second time I’e had to take this action. It takes time as I can’t find a way to batch upload. Once I’ve rebuilt the site on the subdirectory I’ll replace the original site with it.
