 * In the process of making changes to WP, including changing my admin username,
   I lost my super-admin permissions, and access to plugins along with it. Can somebody
   give me the SQL code to restore my privileges?

 * If you made a backup before making changes, you can restore the database from
   that backup. Users are stored in the database.

 * Not necessary. I found the admins field in the wp_sitemeta table.
