Lots of media files

    Hi,

    Im having some trouble creating a backup.
    Previously we had a bunch och images, nearly 350000…

    So when I run the backup it says its gonna pack like 340.000
    mediafiles, which will take a while and also, those images
    do not exist anymore.

    What can I do?

    The plugin looks at the filesystem (wp-content/uploads) to determine the number of files that need to be included in the backup. It found 340,000 and these files do exist in that folder.

    Yes but I removed them all, there is only 800 showing in the
    library. How can this be?

    The files in the media library are stored in the database.
    If you add a file to wp-content/uploads folder it will not show in the media library.

    So when you use the media library, it only shows the files that it has records for in the database. However, this does not represent all of the files in wp-content/uploads folder.
