# Lousy documentation

 * Lousy documentation. Spend hours and hours trying to figure out things and have
   to post support messages that seem to be rarely answered by anyone indicated 
   by months of no replies to the messages.

 * I take issue with the comment about months of no replies to messages posted in
   the Email Users support forum. I may not get to every message within 24 hours
   of being posted but I try to answer within a few days. Sometimes I overlook a
   message or am not in a position to respond to it due to work commitments but 
   if you look through the support forum, I have responded to just about all of 
   them.

 * Well, looking at the “Support Threads”, on the first page I found the following.
   I didn’t take the time to list lots of them. You responded to this review fast.

 * There are 15 threads on the front page of the Support Forum. I have responded
   to 13 of them. In 6 of them I was the last to respond. On the second page of 
   the Support Forum there are also 15 topics and there is only 1 I didn’t respond
   to. Of the last 30 topics posted I haven’t responded to 3 of them.
 * I am not sure what your expectation is for support for plugins but I think 90%
   response rate is pretty good. Not perfect but pretty good and I think it shows
   that your original statement of “support messages that seem to be rarely answered
   by anyone indicated by months of no replies to the messages” isn’t accurate.
