# Low data availability

 * I have very poor data availability, as in, more often than not, there is no data.
   I have used this plugin in the past and it performed exceptionally.
 * Any idea what might be wrong?

 * It’s all about outgoing connection from your server and your server’s performance.
   If your server has a low bandwidth connection, has a poor peering with Google
   API servers, or it’s a low performing server these sort of things are to be expected.

   It may help you understand the importance of those mentioned above in the entire
   chain.
 * These being said, have you checked your PHP log for errors? Before blaming anyone
   you should start by making this first check. Going further, try to temporarily
   disable all other plugins and to switch to a default theme, and check if there
   are any performance improvements.
