“M”-Button does not longer work

    Hi,

    after an update, inserting the shortcode (i.e. [masterslider alias=”new-inline-teaser“]) from tinyMCE-bar by clicking the M-Button doesn’t work anymore, editors said.
    I still see the fulfilled list with all avail. sliders, however when I’d chosen one, nothing happened in the text area, anyway if text or visual mode.
    Everything seems to be ok, except pasting will not happen.

    So, my workaround is paste the shortcut manually, but editors won’t do this by default.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi,

    Probably its caused by plugin function conflicts.

    In order to isolate and find the issue, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website.
    If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause.

    If it did not work either, try to switch to default WordPress theme and check whether it works or not.
