 * Hi,
 * I’ve set a few products to be visible in one country (USA) and no other. I’ve
   asked people in other countries to confirm that the products are hidden and that
   all seems to work fine.
 * Unfortunately the products are also hidden in the US for anyone using Apple products–
   iPhone, iPad or Mac. As I say, the plugin works fine on PCs but I can’t hide
   these products from a significant number of my customers.
 * Thanks

 * Hi, Weird,I am not sure I understand, I use MAC and there is no issues.
    CBR
   uses the WC Geolocation to show/hide products by the country, we do not do anything
   related to the operating system. How did you check it? did you enable the debug
   mode?

 * So I have a little more info.
 * I use a PC to create the website and the products that are only visible in the
   US can be seen on my PC. I’ve tested when logged in and logged out, and in a
   standard browser window it all works fine.
 * When I use a private browser/incognito window, the products don’t show up. Whether
   I’m logged in or not.
 * When I try to view on my iPhone (standard window, not private browsing) they
   don’t show up. I’ve tried this logged in and not logged in to the site but it
   doesn’t make any difference – the products don’t show up on my iPhone.
 * When I try to view them on my wife’s Mac, they don’t show up either.
 * In my Country Based Restrictions settings, I’ve selected hide completely and
   ticked both force geolocation and enable debug mode (but obviously the debug
   function doesn’t work when not logged in).
 * Any advice would be much appreciated!

 * Hi, can you share a URL of example product and mention the restriction?
