   translated one. The translated texts are not making any sense in most cases. 
   Please remove them in favor of original texts until someone provides a good translation.

    extract the contents
   goto woocommerece-checkout-manager > languages find and delete both woocommerce-
   checkout-manager_de_DE.po and woocommerce-checkout-manager_de_DE.mo files.
 * and the upload everything to your server folder.
