# Magazine Basic Customizations Not Working

 * I am using Magazine Basic at 2ndamendmenttshirts.org. I have changed the header
   and the background color, and they will display properly when I am logged in 
   but when I log out they will not display properly in Explorer or Chrome. However,
   the header will display properly in the browser on my phone. Any ideas what is
   going on? Thanks
