 * I have been using this plugin on one website for some time. I was optimising 
   a new site and decided to tray something else. After trying two highly rated 
   plugins that claim to do what this plugin does, I started to really appreciate
   how awesome Merge + Minify + Refresh is. From 147 request to 67. I’m happy
