Mail formatting

Sorry for the delayed answer. We don’t have access to Outlook for testing, but we’ve looked into this and can’t discover a reason it would be happening. There isn’t any extra HTML markup being wrapped around the values for the fields, so there shouldn’t be any reason for those to display differently.

If you’re still having an issue with this, could you please try forwarding one of the problematic emails to [email protected] so we can examine it and the HTML markup that’s included to see what we can sort out?
