    Hi, I can’t get supportcandy to send mail to assigned agent. The only people who get emails are the admin and the customer. I’ve tried everything in ticket notifications (I think) 🙂

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please go to Support > Email Notifications > Ticket Notifications > Change Assignee > Edit > Check if you set any condition > Check the recipient(add Assignee) > Save the changes.
