Mail setup for dropdown content

Hi

In the Mail tab of contact form 7, i have most items setup and sending in the email correctly. However, i can’t figure out how to have the user selection from any dropdown’s send in the email which goes out. Typically i’m noting it such as this: [your-zip] and it emails the zip info from that field. I have a couple fields where the user is choosing one of a few items from the dropdown and would appreciate any support. thanks
