Mail stopped sending

    I configured my MailPoet plugin and it was properly sending email messages. However, today it stopped working. Users are not receiving confirmations nor automated newsletters.

    I don’t believe anything has changed with my site that should be causing this problem and there are no error messages from the plugin.

    I’m sorry to hear that!

    In order to help you troubleshoot this, can you please give us a few extra pieces of information?

    – What MailPoet plugin version do you have installed?
    – Do you see any error messages when you send emails or on “MailPoet > Help > System Status” page?
    – Can you please let us know what’s the URL of the website in question?
