# Mailchimp API – null

 * Hello,
    I have been trying to get my plugin to register with my Mailchimp account.
   I have tried creating new API keys, disabling old and using new, and I have even
   tried using other plugins (Yours is the best though). Every time I input the 
   API key I get the following message: We received an unexpected error: null I 
   contacted Mailchimp and they, of course said there was nothing on their end and
   that I should contact the plugin dev. Do you have any idea why this might be 
   happening? Could this be server related??

    Will I screw up any settings by upgrading…I thought I had already used
   the latest version. Let me know the best way to upgrade.

   the “null” error. Please advise.

 * rbrown1984, I never did resolve this issue for this particular situation. I believe
   the client switched to a new plugin.
    I have used this plugin recently without
   any issues on other sites.
