    Hello!

I’m having an issue with email sign-ups on my site. When I had my Mailchimp account connected on the backend, it was causing a very long delay between hitting the “submit” button and displaying the “sign-up successful” copy, making people think that it was broken. I removed the connection to Mailchimp and went back to the integrated CMP subscriber option, which is working ok, but there’s still a delay between the submit and “sign-up successful” copy displaying. (the delay is worse on mobile)

It was working great a couple of weeks ago when I first connected everything, not sure what/if anything changed.

Would you mind taking a look and seeing if somethings amiss with my setup?…

    Thanks!
    Rosie

*Also, you had supplied me with custom CSS to help with the scroll bar getting stuck on mobile devices, I’ve gone ahead and removed that, just in case that was causing issues.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, I checked your website, and you are right about the delay. It’s weird, but generally this is a server hosting issue.

I can make only a suggestion to try contact your hosting company to check why Ajax requests are taking so long. They should have the performance logs.

Also it might be worth to disable any other non required plugins, and check if the performance is better.
