# Mailchimp Error – API Request Error – CURL error :: bind failed with errno 99

 * I have the error message below.
 * Mailchimp says: API Request Error – CURL error :: bind failed with errno 99: 
   Address not available on 2193 in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/
   includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php
 * I have looked at threads saying to make changes to the wp-config.php file but
   i wouldnt know where to start. It seems this fault was created by an update. 
   will another update be made to fix the issue or how can i fix this myself?

 * You’ll have to set `define( 'MAILCHIMP_USE_OUTBOUND_IP', false );` in wp-config.
   php file.
 * However, the issue is with Mailchimp plugin, so you’ll have to report the issue
   with them.
