Mailchimp full content

    I do not have a paid account with Mailchimp so I don’t have support with them becaus eof it. I hope this is the right place to ask.

    I have my Mailchimp RSS setting set to “Full content” so that subscribers get the entire post. It was working well for a while, but recently an email campaign went out with only the excerpt to subscribers. I checked the settings, test email, etc. and everything looks correct.

    Any thoughts?

    What mailchimp plugin(s) are you using?

    None, I just paste the url into a widget. My issue is with the actual Mailchimp account settings. Thanks!

    I think this is best addressed by Mailchimp support.

    I’ve tried to use there knowledge library with no luck. I also don’t have a paid plan, therefore I do not qualify for personal technical support. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Look at https://bradborland.com/feed/. Your feed is set to show only excerpts. What do you have under settings->reading?

    I had it set to summary. I switched to full text. I must have changed that doing something recently and not have noticed.

    I’m hoping that will do the trick?
