Mailchimp integration

Does this plugin allow custom fields to show up on mailchimp? The plugin I am using at the moment for my site’s membership only allows default fields of first name, last name and email address to appear on mailchimp. What I need is for my users to register for membership using a form, and all information inputted into the custom fields on this form would also appear on the mailchimp. Basically once a user registers on the site, they gain access to the full site and are also subscribed to the mailchimp list. Is this possible with your plugin?
