Mailchimp Integration Syntax error

    Hi,

    I am trying to integrate mailchimp in one of the form but when I enter API key it says “Failed to processing request : Syntax error”. Screenshot

    Please, help.

    Hello @prash18

    I trust you’re doing well!

    Please make sure there is no empty space in the API field, and no non-Latin characters added. I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my end and could not.

    If the API key is added correctly it might be some misconfiguration in a MailChimp account.

    Would you please check the settings in your MailChimp? And if it’s possible please try to create a new account MailChimp and see if the API key will be accepted.
