 * Hey there,
 * Thanks for posting! The above file directories should be present wherever your
   WordPress setup is installed, so in order to locate them and upload the directory
   you’ll want to use something like an FTP client to access your site’s files on
   your host. This may be packaged as something like a “file manager” on your hosting
   provider’s site as well.
 * Alternatively, you also have the option of installing the plugin from within
   your WordPress admin area, so that you don’t have to actually manually upload
   it yourself. To do this, access your WordPress admin area and access your Plugins
   section. This area should allow you to search for an install/add new plugins.
 * Let us know if you have any additional questions!

 * I’ve downloaded to the correct directory/path and cannot get to the place where
   I’m supposed to enter the MailChimp API. At this time, Mailchimp plugin is not
   operating in our WordPress site.

 * Hey chschurch,
 * Thanks for posting! The error message indicates that there may be a setting/restriction
   on the host that’s stopping the plugin from working as expected. As this requires
   troubleshooting the settings on the host environment that the plugin is being
   installed on, I’d recommend reaching out to their Support team with the error
   message that you’re seeing.
