# MailChimp Setup Failed

 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to integrate a client’s website (lovehugfoods.com) with MailChimp 
   in order to add a signup form. I created a new API key on MailChimp, navigated
   to Settings > MailChimp Setup, pasted the API key into the box, and hit Connect.
   The page reloads, but nothing happens. I’ve tried generating new keys, clearing
   cache, and updating the theme.
 * How can we resolve this?

 * Please note that link you shared does not seem to be one created by our plugin.
   Our plugin is called “MC4WP – MailChimp for WordPress” and the settings for our
   plugin is under the “MC4WP” menu in WordPress backend.
