 * I was very impressed with the free version of your quiz app so I upgraded as 
   I wanted to create a personality test and integrate it with Mailchimp. But I’ve
   since found out that tagging isn’t possible, which means the plugin won’t work
   for my opt-in. Please could I have a refund? I have tried to contact you directly,
   but your website form returns an error.
