MailPoet doesn’t work – forms doesn’t work (pop up/shortcode etc)

    Until a few days ago my shortcode worked, now you can’t see anything anymore. No relevant plugins or updates have been installed on the site. I tried incognito mode but nothing can be seen both on the site and in the admin panel. If you try to edit the form on the admin panel you will see a blank page. I also tried to insert a new form and at the beginning you can modify it (but you can’t see it in the preview
    regardless of whether it’s a shortcode or pop up or anything else), when you save and try to view it both on the site and from the admin panel it always results in a blank page.
    Can anyone help me please? I don’t know what happened, it always worked until now.

    Thanks for the thorough details you provided!

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the shortcode placed in your page editor?

    Also, can you please copy and paste the information from “MailPoet > Help > System Info“? Please make sure to remove any personal details from it (e.g. email address).

    Also, let us know if you are using any translation plugin on your site.

    As you requested, here are the screenshots relating to the shortcode and system info. I don’t use translation plugin on my site.

    I tried again to set a shortcode (id=20) and when entering data and modifying the various buttons everything is ok but when you try to preview the shortcode you can’t see it. Even if you try to save it and edit it later, the admin pannel is completely white and empty. (now we’re talking about shortcode but also applies to any other module such as pop-up etc).

    I tried to insert a MailPoet subscription block but the block was empty (see screenshot).

    I don’t know how it happened, everything was working until now. The only thing I updated is the PHP version as the plugin now requires version 8.1.

    Hey @dalailama96,

    Thanks for the screenshots! Quite strange, there must have been some kind of change to cause the shortcodes to suddenly stop working. Are you able to perform some conflict testing? This is best done on a staging site so you don’t interfere with live traffic.

    1. Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four.
    2. Try to reproduce the problem: If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except MailPoet.
    4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
