# Mailpoet – Short code will not run

 * I have installed Mailpoet that pulls a page with short code to render whatever
   call to action is triggered such as unsubscribe etc.
 * I have created a custom page and selected this in settings for mailpoet. In their
   preview the page shows correct, but in live frontend it does not. Just displays
   the code.
 * Judging from their support, I expect an answer like we are not developers but
   something about filters do not allow their code. All other shortcode works fine.
   Why not this one? So I am hoping someone here knows what’s going on and how to
   fix.
 * Theme is TT5 php 8.3
