# [mailpoet_page] shortcode not processing

 * The [mailpoet_page] shortcode isn’t rendering anything in the custom Unsubscribe
   Page, althought [mailpoet_manage_subscription] works fine in the same page.
 * Some extra info that might be useful:
 * – I’m running MailPoet 3
    – I did select the Confirmation and Success pages in
   MailPoet > Settings > Unsubscribe – I use the Preview buttons ([https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/56672fa8c697914361554d94/images/5f3bdb4f2c7d3a352e90f918/file-16eiy1Ck3V.png](https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/56672fa8c697914361554d94/images/5f3bdb4f2c7d3a352e90f918/file-16eiy1Ck3V.png))
   and test with Unsubscribe links in actual emails – I’ve added the shortcode using
   a lot of methods for testing (tinyMCE editor, php snippet <?php echo do_shortcode(“[
   mailpoet_page]”);?>, etc.)
