Mails are not working

    Hello,

    I upgraded my older Learnpress Version from 4.2.7.7 to the newest one 4.3.1. Now i realise that all course emails won’t be send anymore. The student only get one single wordpress core mail, that his account has been created in wordpress. But all other course related mailings won’t be shown (like course has been activated etc.)

    • I try with COD payment method and manually set order status. In 4.2.7.7 the mails will be correctly triggered. Not in the newest version.
    • Yes, i activated the specific mailings under settings -> mailings
    • I also tried to deactivate all other plugins/themes. Still ne sending.
    • Finally i installed and configured WP Mail SMTP Plugin. Testmails via this plugin worked fine and had been received. But still not those ones from Learnpress.
    • I also have the Learnpress Stripe Plugin active.

    We tested LearnPress version 4.3.1 using the default WordPress theme Twenty Twenty-Five, along with the COD payment method, and all course-related emails were sent and received correctly on our end https://prnt.sc/fw90HgBHE0hq https://prnt.sc/insFwoIaipnY.

    To help narrow down the cause, could you please try switching your site to a default WordPress theme temporarily and test whether the LearnPress emails are triggered properly?

    This will help determine whether the issue is coming from the theme currently in use.

    Additionally, based on the website you provided ( pixxelpassion.de ), it appears that the site may not be using the LearnPress version developed by ThimPress.

    Please let us know the results after testing with the default theme.

    Hey Brianvu-tp,

    I’m using Learnpress together with Kadence theme on the website pixxelpassion.de. Switching to a standard template doesn’t solve the problem. Deactivating all other plugins neither.
