# Mails failing

 * Hello,
 * I am using free version of WPmail SMTP. It was working fine but suudenly the 
   mails are not coming. It is showing me error.
 * When I send a test email, it gets delivered but the mails are not getting delivered
   when a form is submitted.

 * Thanks for reaching out! Generally when an SMTP server sends that error back,
   it’s because the From address does not match the connected address (SMTP username).
 * Check to make sure the From address and SMTP username match. It’s also a good
   idea to check the Force From Email option in WP Mail SMTP so that way your emails
   will always be sent From the address in WP Mail SMTP.
 * If you need to be able to send emails from other addresses, you will likely need
   to switch to a different mailer service. Check out this guide in our documentation.
