Hi @wyse92,
Please check subscribe, unsubscribe and cron links and make sure you have changed them to https (refer here).
Also, use any SMTP plugin to send emails and then have a check if it works (refer here)

Hello,
I checked all points mentioned documentation in the database it was correct (cause i used a script to replace all http by https in the base).
I don’t use smtp because i address my hosting provider smtp service via php mail, it is ok (and more efficient)for a long time.
I thus continued my investigations and this is what I noticed.
If I create a new group, if I link my test mail addresses in the new group and then if I allocate the group to the notifications of the dynamic template, it works perfectly. (sorry for my incorrect english).
So, i think the original “public” group is the problem.
At the end, i could create a new group and transfer all my subscribers, but i would like to resolve the original problem.
Could you tell me what i could investigate about the public group after this https migration ??
Thanks for your help
Hi @wyse92,

Well this is strange for me also, i investigate with my hosting provider who deliver me the smtp service.
It seems that if I send more than 32 mails in one sent it doesn’t work ?
I keep on investigate. Anyway thanks for your help.
Hi @wyse92,
Do you have any update for the same?

Well the diagnosis is difficult, the mailings are random and I can not figure out where the problem comes from.
I will try to switch to cron shipments in smaller numbers to see if this is the solution (so smtp problem). I suggest you close this ticket for the moment.
And I will keep you informed.
Thanks for your help.
