Major issues with website loading/editing and 504 server errors and server issue

I was waiting to be sure before posting this, as my report will affect the public image of the plugin.

It’s about 1 year now that I tried everything to fix this, but the Ele Custom Skin plugin is creating a lot of requests when a page loads or when I try to edit a page with Elementor.

I’m talking of course for pages that contain loops of custom post types using custom skins made with Ele Custom Skin.

I host my website in a very good company and the website is on a powerful resources plan that offers more than enough. Before putting Ele on my loops I enjoyed a top-notch speed rating. Now, I can’t even edit a page that contains Ele loop skins.

I’m open to discussing and helping the developer(s) to optimize this plugin, but I will not be able to give access to the website backstage as it holds the personal information of my customers.

So, if the developer(s) are interested in investing the time and willpower to make Ele properly optimized, let me know.

For now, I can confirm that the Ele Custom Skin introduces severe latency and many times total denial of viewing or editing the pages that contain custom skinned loops in Elementor.

I have done extensive troubleshooting together with the engineers of my hosting company and my own programming team and the results always point to this plugin.

Please take the time to troubleshoot this.
