Can an option be added to allow the attachments made to the order also be available on the customer’s download page in addition to the order page?

Do you mean the availability of such an option in the My Account tab for logged in users?

Correct. It could tie in well with digital downloads feature of woocommerce, so they all attachments can accessed in the same place.

I think this and the previous feature I suggested would complete the plugin for me.
