 * I found the Ask Me plugin the other day and it is perfect for what I need. The
   only slight issue is that I need the name and email fields to be compulsory.

   I thought it might be poor form to dump a million lines of code in this post.)
 * I’d ask on the Ask Me support page except it has been out of action for years
   and no one has been receiving responses.
