# Making a WordPress website?

 * I am thinking of using WordPress but had some questions.
 * I would like to have more of a hybrid blog/website thing.
 * I am a photographer and want their to be galleries, top navigation links to my
   website, but basically have the blog be my homepage and where I put all my updates.
 * Possibly forgo the website all together if I can make the blog look like a website.
 * Does this sound like a good solution, and is it even possible?
 * If you have links to share that would be most appreciated.
