# Making BLOGADS code XHTML Validate

 * Hey all,
 * I’m having a hard time XHTML validating the blogads code provided by BlogAds.
   com which I am intending to insert in my sidebar:
 * `<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://link goes here/feed.css"/
   >
    <script language="javascript" src="http://link goes here/feed.js"></script
   >
 * Here are the errors I’m getting (top two):

 * I’ve tried creating some code for my CSS but have failed miserably 😉

 * Problems solved. Let this be useful to those with similar questions 😉
 * I successfully edited my CSS via the guide on Blogads. This eliminated problem#
   1.
 * Secondly, I edited the code provided by BlogAds, and added `type="text/javascript"`
   to the code which successfully corrected it.
