 * is going “live” vs “test” simply a matter of checking/unchecking this option?
 * `Enable Sandbox Testing
   Select this option if you wish to conduct sandbox testing.
   You will need to input your sandbox/test mode credentials from your PayPal or
   Stripe account.

 * If you have already setup the API keys for both live and test modes, then yes,
   you can just use that checkbox to switch between test mode and live mode.

 * woocommerce/stripe makes this setting MUCH more obvious (pls see dropdown pic).
   maybe make it a bit easier but using a drop-down or “test/live” radio buttons?

 * That’s a great suggestion. In the short term, I’ll update the option name to 
   make it clearer. I’ll also revise the description to clearly explain that it’s
   a toggle between test mode and live mode. This improvement can be made without
   requiring any major architectural changes.
