# Malicious script causing SyntaxError

 * My webspace was attacked with a virus/malware that caused my wordpress sites 
   to be redirected to a pornsite. There was script injected to the htaccess file
   and this ONLY affected the mobile version of the websites.
 * So I’ve fixed that, but the malicious script is hijacking my mobile css files
   and I have no idea how to fix this. I know it is not theme related because it
   is the same error with other themes. I have re-installed wordpress, and the theme(
   which in this one case is Avada). I have included a screen shot of the error 
   that I see in developer tools.
 * My webhosting has been useless in helping me.

 * Thanks so much for your reply! It was very helpful. Turns out there were htaccess
   files everywhere and these articles helped me narrow down where to look.
