    We’re sorry to hear that you faced an issue with the confirmation email feature. However, we’d like to clarify that there is no default issue with the plugin related to this.

    👉 The confirmation email is only sent if the “Email Confirmation” option is enabled under the User Registration Forms settings. If you’d like to disable it, you can simply select a different user login option such as Admin Approval or Auto Login from the User Registration & Membership > All Forms > Edit the Registration Form > Form Settings > General > User Approval and Login Option. Or you can check this documentation.

    👉 If you’re referring to changing the content of the confirmation email, you can easily do that from:
    User Registration & Membership > Settings > Emails. Or you can check this documentation.
