my hosting provider does malware scans of the hosting environment, after the last update over the few days this has been found, is this a concern you have been compromised?

    Post.php
    public_html/wp-content/plugins/blog2social/includes/Ajax/Post.php
    generic.stripslashes.base64.decode.post.0

    Loader.php
    public_html/wp-content/plugins/blog2social/includes/Loader.php
    generic.stripslashes.base64.decode.post.0

  • Hello @hmmcrunchy

    Thank you for reaching out.

This is a false positive. We can guarantee that our plugin on WordPress is 100% malware free.
We are constantly checking everything to make sure that everyone can use Blog2Social safely.

It has come to our attention, that some tools seem to detect the stripslashes and base64 parts in the code as false positives. These are normal PHP functions that are necessary for Blog2Social to work and have been included in Blog2Social for years.
